Reiki sessions replenishes the Universal Life Force Energy that becomes depleted from stress, emotional upheaval, and trauma, all of which compromise the immune system.  As a channel, reiki energy flows intelligently to promote harmony and balance.

in nature.  It is an invisible energy that flows through all things living and non-living.  In many cultures there are many forms of

life force energy healing such as chi, prana, mana, and as well as reiki.  In essence, the life force energy can improve health

and enhance the quality of peace and harmony within yourself.
